Waste of time

After chatting with an employee about Sofwave and confirming availability, I booked online for "full face and neck" on Saturday at 2:00, which was one of many times listed as available. I got several confirmation texts and emails leading up to my appointment. Day of, I arrived 15 minutes early and the door was locked. Since it was a Saturday, I thought maybe I was their only appt, so I texted the number (no reply), called (no answer), and waited until 2:00 before finally leaving. What a waste of time on my day off to drive 30 minutes there and back. Customers: Don't waste your time too! Love Yourself: I have video and screenshots, so please don't bother trying to dispute my review.
